All our linings are Better Cotton Initiative and/or GRS accredited and we are authorised to issue Better Cotton Units and GRS Transfer Certificates to those customers that need them. As well as leading the industry in Sustainability, our linings offer Oekotex and quality that sets us apart.
W&I’s patented technology in blackout, FR blackouts, True Thermal, Sheer and even FR Sheer is independently tested to be highly effective in keeping heat in or out of a room. More and more people have turned to these fabrics at a time of rising energy costs. They work!
An innovative hybrid of film and coating technology combined to give perfect blackout performance, but with reduced weight making curtains easier to manufacture and hang. Lite Tech has the added benefits of reduced black “pull through” to the face and uses 1/3 less water and energy in its production.
Our heavyweight 50/50 200g Satin 200 now combines BCI, GRS and Oekotex in what is a first for our industry offering the holy trinity on sustainability. Our best-selling lining, with superior contamination free yarns and just the right amount of calendar lustre.
