New Nelson HQ

As the business continues to grow, W&I has moved into new headquarters that trebles the available warehouse and office space. Just down the road from the old base, the business had been on the lookout for some time for suitable premises, when 1 Churchill Way became available to buy.

The building underwent significant renovation to suit W&I and was officially opened by The Lord Shuttleworth KG CVO, Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire. The occasion allowed Lord Shuttleworth to personally present the 2019 Queens Award for International Trade and for the team to celebrate 10 years in business as W&I. A big day!
